CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
Weekday orders are fulfilled quickly (same day), However if your order is not yet shipped out, contact us at email@example.com and we can update your order to ensure you receive the correct item/shipping address. Given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if you need to exchange an order for sizing purposes.
AN ITEM/SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
We typically do not restock product once it sells out. It is rare if we do a restock, but if we do we only do it for a limited time. Our mailer will give updates for restocks and sizes before anyone else hears about it.

WHERE IS MY ORDER/HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order, we will send you an email with all the details including the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number. If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to resend it for you
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.
