Owning a motorcycle in California comes with specific requirements (M1 license, insurance, registration, etc.). Any taxes, registration fees, insurance, or other costs associated with claiming or owning the motorcycle are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By entering, participants acknowledge that riding a motorcycle carries inherent risks, and the winner agrees that we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur in connection with the bike, its use, or participation in this giveaway.

 Winner may choose the cash value instead of the bike.
 Bike will not be shipped - winner must pick it up in Torrance, CA.
