CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

- Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes to sizes or items. If you wish to cancel your entire order there is no guarantee we can fulfill your request. You must contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships.

AN ITEM/SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

- We typically do not restock product once it sells out. It is rare if we do a restock, but if we do we only do it for a limited time. Our mailer will give updates for restocks and sizes before anyone else hears about it.

To stay current with items restocking or new collections in the future, be sure to follow our social media platforms as we post regularly informing our fans.

WHERE IS MY ORDER/HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

- When you place an order, we will send you an email with all the details including the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number. If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, send us an email at contact@darcsport.com and we will be happy to resend it for you.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and shipped. This processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.

 

Route Package Protection

1. Does my order qualify for Route Package Protection?

- If you included Route Package Protection when your order was placed and your package was lost or severely damaged while in transit, this is considered a covered incident.

2. Who do I contact if I believe my package has been lost, stolen, or damaged?

 - You can file a claim directly on the Route website or in the Route mobile app. For more info (and/or) to file a claim please follow this link: https://claims.route.com

3. What do I need to file a claim?

- To start a claim you will need your order number and access to the email address used when you placed the order. 

4. What happens if my claim is denied?

- Claims can be denied based on different circumstances. The most common denials occur when a claim is filed too soon before a package is considered lost in transit or when a claim is filed after the eligible window.

-In the case of a package not yet considered lost in transit, please allow the required time to pass for a package to be considered lost to refile your claim.  If denial of the claim is due to late filing, then unfortunately your order will not be covered. 

5. Will Darc Sport cover my order if the claim is denied by Route?

- Unfortunately if a claim is denied by Route we cannot provide reimbursement for your order. Feel free to contact us on a denied claim and we may look into the issue further.
